I just want to give a complaint of this company. sophia contacted me after i was looking some pc laptos on Alibaba.com. She provide me some info regarding of the products According with her emails, after i submitted the payment, i did it on 6/18/2013, she will send me the items in 24 hrs. it did not happen, she "sent" them in 48 hrs. she provide me a DHL tracking number 8800854 543 on 6/21/2013, but NEVER works, i contact DHL and they did not have any info. I emailed Sophia back on 6/25/2013, 4 days after, so many times; finally she reply me back and gave a me a excuse that she was out in a trip with the company, and the products did not go out because it was a problem with the customs paper so they send the products by China post, she gave this tracking number RB421025454CN, but until now, today 6/27/ this tracking is not working, no info available. I just want to get my money back or the products as we were agreed. She is not really giving what she is saying in her emails. Today is over 8 days since i made the payment and i have no idea if i will receive them or not. This is the WU info that she gave me:
