I paid £4.95 for a one off free trial which I have never received this was on the 6/6/201. Then I have suddendly noticed Veloura Veloura have taken £74.95 out of my bank account on the 26/6/2013 and I have NEVER received any products from them. I most certainly would not pay £75.95 for a jar of cream how do I get my money back please?
