Mr. Nelson has a website business called PAYOFFTHELANDLORD.COM that he claims is government funded to help people who are behind in their rent.He charged me $400 for is services in which I wired via western union $150 and deposited $150 & $100 into his business account. After receiving the monies from me he has neither answered are returned my phone calls.
