Received a call from "Kevin" saying that I was qualified for a loan off 3000 an all he needed was 300. Dollar deposit in a GREE DOT MONEYPAK an so I did an mins later he called saying "Your bank charge us for the transactions off 400.00 dollar an I told them I don't have anymore money that was my last 300 that I just put on the GREEN DOT MONEYPAK (Whats crazy cause I asked him about there company an etc .. he replys "We have been around couples off years helping people etc an that there really trustfull an there also a big PART off BBB AN FTC) anyhow gave him the little number in the back of the GREEN DOT MONEYPAK THEN he said ill call you back in 10min so hours passes called him back an at first he answer the phone an says this "MIKE" so I asked for Kevin then I guess he knew that I knew that was him on phone her so quick to switch his accent up so anyhow he want on an said sorry I have too cancel your application cause YOUR score wasn't meeting there standards ... so I told him well how can I get my money back .. at first he says we gonna mail it out too you an its gonna take 2 business days an then I explained him my situation he put me on hold an said he couldn't do nothing about it so asked too speak too his supervisor an he replys I'm the only one that makes decisions...... so I told him that I really needed my 300 back because my my son is in the hospital an he said that hell just wire it too me to my account after midnight well its June26 12:38am an NOTHING!!!!!!! What should I do?

We do not provide personal loans via the purchase or use of prepaid money cards, nor do we call or email potential customers to request personal information to establish prepaid cards or personal loans, nor do we charge application fees.
What you detail in your complaint appears to be an attempt to fraudulently obtain money. More information is available at www.ftc.gov.
