I ordered a sample in April and on 10/04/2013
they took out of my account £89.90 for goods I did not order and without my authorisation. Being away at the time and without access to internet I did not know what was happening. BuT again on 11/06/2013 they took another £89.90 out of my bank account without me placing any order and without my authorisation
The total of £179.80 is half my pension, how dare they. This is criminal. PLEASE HELP
