I began receiving Prevention Magazine and Shape magazine a week ago. Today I received OK magazine. These are not anything I would have ordered, so I began investigating and found I was charged a midnight on May 1 for these. I submitted order cancellations to Shape and OK magazines, but Prevention will not allow me to cancel since it was "ordered" through an "outside source." I am disabled and on a limited income, so I need this fixed as soon as possible!
