i replied to an ad i saw on craigslist that sounded too good to be true for a rent to own home. the man, ralph, told me that i would need to pay $199.00 up front so that they could make sure if we were to find a home it would have a clear and free title. after doing some research on the company and looking into some of the listings they offered we came to conclusion that this is a scam and we want our money back. want help in how to go about doing this
