Romex Travel and The Travel Center
Complaint 253579 Details

I am an elementary teacher and I purchased a trip from Romex travel via a fax/email my family member received from his business. I talked to a rep who sounded very convincing and professional for a 3 days 2 night orlando vacation plus bonus vacation for 150.00 In total I spend 675.00 for the vacation and they told me all the details on contacting me and etc. Then everything went smooth. The emails from the Travel center and etc were received then I sent my paper work to get ready for Booking company which charged me 69.00 per person for each trip which comes out to 414.00. I send the monies then received getaway vacations papers to sign and had to re-send 99.00 in form of us postal money order. We sent a western union by mistake and then Grand Incentives sent me a letter with our money orders telling me that our vacation was voided. I called every company looking for help, I tried to get my trip re-instated. They did not do so. Then I called the travel company to get a refund for the new york trip at least and they told me to send an email. I called Romex travel stating that I wanted an refund for the monies I placed on the vacation and they too told me to contact the refunds department in email. I sent the email and they responded telling me they could not help that I needed to talk to the travel company.
I will keep trying to seek justice on this but If anyone else has similar issues please report it.
