On 6/09/13 I placed a live call to Yogi Technical Support Company, because I was unable to scan my computer. When a technician connected with me he said that I needed to renew my Security Contract with McAfee. He offered to renew it for me for $200.00 The ISP includes this service each month as a benefit to the customer for no additional cost. May 6, 2013 I renewed my annual membership with Yogi, with that in mind I was assured that my computer was protected. He insisted that I needed to activate my security service. I made a telephone call to the company and spoke to another technician, and he told me the same thing. At that point I asked for my money back and told him I would take that money and pay some other company to secure my computer. So then he apologized and began to activate my security program.

On 6/10/13 I called epchelp at 1-855-866-7707 and spoke to Fredrick who scanned my computer and advised me that I had viruses that was a danger to my computer. I then called Yogi and asked for $149.99. At this time I now believed that my computer was never protected. They agreed to reimburse me within in 5-7 business days. I placed a called on June 21,2013 at that time I spoke to a female who told me that they could not find my profile, and it would be another 5-7 business days.I adamantly told her I was not going to wait that long so she asked me to stay on the line while she spoke to her supervisor;she came back to the phone at least three times.I told them that I would have their company investigated if I did not receive my money before another 5-7 business days. The supervisor promised me that I would have it within forty-eight hours, which should have been Monday.I called today, which is Tuesday June 25,2013, spoke to a female and reminded her of this issue, she then spoke to her supervisor who told her to relate to me that they had not debited my card, which is not true.I told her that I am now going to seek to have an investigation of their fraudulent practices. I am asking for the full amount of 298.98 back.

Thank You,

rita a. reefer
