I completed a pop up questionaire ans was told that for £2.99 i would get a set of 3 face creams. First thing i knew about the payment of £97.95 was when i recieved my statement. They claimed they had contacted me but no e mail was recieved. I contacted them and they offered a reduce payment of £67.95 as good will which i declined. A dispicable company who should be investigated and not allowed to continue with this unacceptable conduct.

Update: 06/25/2013

Managed to get £47.95 refunded to my card after several e mails.
