After review of this claim I personally looked into this account and have spoken personally with Mr. Young. From our notes on this account he has been contacted more than once a week in regards to his website and getting it started. Mr. Young has stated to me that he is satisfied with the help he has received from my company and has been working with my customer service team to help get his site Going. Questions and concerns are important to us and we work hard to gain our clients trust.

Assisted client in setting up a CJ account, filling out account and payment information, and applying to advertise. Will get together again with client on Friday, 7/19/13 @ 9:00 pm to show him how to copy and past CJ Banner Code into his Widgets.
