Debra Crowder offered an iPhone for $350 over Craigslist, and she wished to have the payment process done through Parcel Friend. My parents in San Diego sent the money through Western Union, and the package was supposed to arrive on the 14th. It is now the 24th, and I've looked on the internet to find numerous complaints just like mine.
