Was charged by bodybuilding.com even though I have never gone to that web site. I called into their support line at 866-236-8417 and was able to get it resolved pretty quickly. They were actually pretty helpful/nice about the whole thing (was obviously fraud - products didn't even get shipped to my side of the country). The agent said it would be about 2-5 days for the refund to get processed. I'm not happy about the fraud, but the company handled it extremely well.
