My husband, Amante B. Apolinario, cancelled the membership to pay monthly membership fee of $19.95 on April 9, 2013.
Scott Wells, QS2 Executive Vice President of Marketing told me that he can only refund one month and anything more than that amount, I have to contact RANDY KROGH, qs2 Executive Vice President of Operations.
I spoke to MR. KROGH, and promised to solve the problem. He never get back to me since April,inspite of my numerous calls and e-mails.

Sad to say that after cancellation on April 9, this company continued to get the $19.95 from our bank's checking account.
I called SCOTT WELLS, and so he returned the $19.95.

To sum it all, there's no refund given to us until this time.

Please help us solve this problem because that amount is very helpful to us especially that my husband is sick and I was laid-off from work.

Your help will be very much appreciated.
