I hired National TV spots to run very focused advertising on Spike tv. they said that they could run the times that I was requesting. after wiring the money they then told me that they were not able to run the add during the times that I requested. I have asked for a refund a number of times and have yet to receive anything. Richard Gold told me that I would receive the refund in five business days and the was two weeks ago. now they will not answer our phone calls. we have been dealing with two other people as well a Mitchell Gold and a Mark Krueger. all have stated via e-mail that the refund is in the process. still nothing
Update: 06/26/2013
yesterday I talked with Richard Gold and it was stated that I would receive a full refund on my money in 30 days.
