On Septemeber 22 2012, my girlfriend bought me a two-year subscription to the Luxury Auto Direct Magazine. Since we live in Canada, she also paid extra for international processing. A week or so later, we noticed that there was a tiny error in the postal code. We contacted the magazine to report the mistake, but received no immediate response. During this period, we did not receive any magazines. After sending multiple emails, the magazine's owner/editor finally responded and said that the problem would be fixed by December 13 2012. However, to this date we have not received a single issue of the magazine. He has not responded to a single one of our emails/facebook messages since that initial contact in December. All we wish is to reimbursed or to be sent our magazines.
