I am trying to be proactive here. You are asking for damages but there are none465 4231 from our family, probably are from many others! The scam is coming from Jamaica and they call elderly citizens, my parents at home and tell them they are Publishers Clearing House and they won 3.5 million dollars and a mercedes benz!! Congratualtions!! I called back and told them to stop calling and said i was reporting the attempted fraud. A person called me back on my cell and said some expletives and that he was coming to the house!!! That is my elderly parents house in Modesto. I do think anyone will show up however if they send someone to my parents house, it will not be a happy ending!! Would you please help and see if you can trace the number. 876 465 4231 the calls come from this number.
