Saw their ad on tv and went to their web site to buy one and get one free. Their descriptions were confusing about additional unit and led one to believe that the additional unit was the free one offered. Instead it turned out to be a whole additional package. They don't let you see the order until it has charged your credit card. Now what started out to be a 16.99 charge with an upgrade to heavier metal for 4.99 should be about a $22 bill before tax; instead it ended up with a $53.94 bill before tax and you don't see it until until you have been charged. The set up for their ordering is totally misleading and confusing.
