I purchased the ICND1 100-101 online with the guarantee of "Instant download after purchase," however, when I went download the product was not there. I have used this company before for a Security+ and I was pleased. This time I had to contact them via online chat "Monica" and was told that the test was being updated (actually I think it was being created) and it should be there to download by the end of the day.
I checked back at the end of the day and it was not there. Over the course of 5 days of online chats with Monica I was eventually able to download the PDF versions of the sample questions. They posted the PDF and .EXE versions for download but was still not able to download the .exe version.
