International boundaries

I had gone to the USPS website to change my address and thought that was what I was doing. Come to find out later these criminals had sucked the last $40 out of my bank account. These scam artists need to be arrested and imprisoned.

Update: 06/22/2013

I received a refund of the amount paid. Still this should not happen to anyone. The terms need to be clearly delineated and not just swapped over from via a three card monte shuffle from USPS to a third party service. I'm still pissed at USPS
