While checking my checkbook balance I found a $19.65 charge from RBV Services with the phone number of 888=896=4942. I called to complain and when the phone picked up the answering service said,"Slender Guide MD'. I did NOT authorize any charge to this company and do NOT know who or what they are. I called and recalled five times and was disconnected each time I called to get this issue resolved. I am going to my bank to file a complaint but want this charge reversed!
