me and wife went on holiday to teneirfe which while there brought into a time share in the hopes of being able to take our disabled son away we took the holiday in lanzarote in the year 2001 to check the apartments that when we relised that the time share we had was unsuitible as the timeshare only provided appartments with stairs. While holidaying in lanzarote we were introduced to club select holiday on the understanding that if we join there club could accomondate our needs in providing villas to accomondate our disabled son with that we exchanged our other timeshare which was worth £11,000 at the time on top of that an extra £5,000+ to be taken from our account after we recived all paper work plus on the day we were there an extra £500 aswell we sign the agreement stating that we were lifetime members and that after 10 years would beable to cash our bond of £7000 we were then given a membership pack providing our bond certificate and recipt for the £500. As our bond was due up this year in september i emailed club select holidays regarding my bond which is due to be paid out the replay i got was that i was only a member for three years not a lifetime member and they have no imformation on my membership either and that i needed to contact the person who managed my contract they also asked to send the documents that i did have though to them i've now sent them a number of emails asking them for my contract detail on theise three years that i was appartnly a member and all other documents i've had no replay to any of these and all the contracts were done though club select holidays as we took one holday in 2001 and also 2002 plus we had to cancel an holiday in 2004 due to a family brevement which paid £600+ which have not reviced back
