Oh my God! Thank you, for this website. These opportunists should be sued by the government for slander they are posing as the government and ruining its reputation. I am glad I did not fall for this. I am tired of their harassment. I have received around 16 calls from these Middle Easterners (8 calls per day). First it was a male with a pronounced accent saying his name was John. Most recently was a female named Cindy Smith, who I guess was notified of my questioning regarding their website and program name, since she thought that by providing me with her employee number (041493) I would fall. Also the .com in the website she gave me and the fee needed to pay for the grant to be disbursed gave me the assurance that this was a scam. Both times they called I noticed the thick Indian accent. By the way the background noise (a lot of Indians speaking) made me all the more dubious.
