After agreeing to a free trial of this product and paying £4.99 postage I duly received the product via Royal Mail. However, 14 days later, I noticed that £89.91 was taken from my bank account by this company without my permission. I contacted derma juvenate by telephone ( Number was stated on the box in which serum was delivered)and was told that I should have read the 'terms and conditions' which states that if the product was not returned within 14 days of receipt, the company would charge my bank account £89.91. Please can any one advise where they saw the advert ie Newspaper or Magazine as I wish to take this incident up with them. I think it was a national newspaper but have not kept the original advert.
