I had a charge on my Bank statement. The Bank had no info except name. I filed a request with them, but haven't received an answer.
I checked back over my online activities to try to discover where this charge may have originated. My Bank pays internet charges on demand w/o additional info.
Update: 06/19/2013
I was able to talk to them. They agreed to refund billing. Will update when I recieve funds.
