- @julie. Since you used Paypal, you can obtain restitution through Paypal by registering a Transaction Dispute with them. One of the primary reasons to use Paypal is to provide buyer security for just such events. If you cannot get restitution from Paypal, please elaborate, because we need to know that.

This is very very strange. I just got home and there was a box from Bed Bath and Beyond, not from lynkmart. I ordered it from lynkmart.com on Monday.
Inside the box is a receipt that sowhs the order is $299, shipping $22.99, tax $24 for a total of $346.99. When I bought the item on www.lynmart is was only $229.00 and that's exactly what I was charged. This just seems weird why would they purchase it for $346.99 and offer it on their website for over $100 less...??? There are details on the order it shows ordered by. Sukhjit Sharma 6012 W. Everett Avenue Fresno, CA 93722. It still sounds very fishy to me.

Please read below as I am still not familiar with this site and how it works.
All, I assisted in taking down lynkmart.com this week. I found out that their site was fraudulent a week or so ago and finally found the right connections to get them pulled.
For those who have placed orders and haven't received your product, please call your bank and cancel your credit card and have the charges from them reversed.
The way this site works, is once you place an order on their site, they turn around and place an order on various other ecommerce sites with stolen credit card information and order the item you selected. In return, you get your product and your credit card information is compromised.
Sometimes they wait a week to a few months and then you'll start seeing random charges show up on your credit card. So please, for whoever ordered from this site, cancel your credit cards and take the appropriate actions to get your money back.
I verified their location and it was listed as a mall in California. When I contacted mall security, they not only didn't have a store called Lynkmart there, but also the no suite# that matched the one on their site. -

- For those who paid through PayPal (all I believe) there is no need to cancel your credit card and PayPal handles all disputes and refunds.
