i booked and paid online. dis bus never came. there was no bus station. everything seemed confusing. i spent extra, missed my trip which is definitely gonna cost my business alot. kindly. dey wont refund my card . i will have to press charges.
i called all phone numbers dey listed but no access to their staff. used all possible means now and can get hold of anyone in the company. dey still have not refunded my card. this is a scam company and i will take this up with the authorities.

- Hello George; I would like to acknowledge that the bus did come but was delayed by an hour, the bus company, NewNo1bus, sent an notification to all customer on that were on that schedule. As the online booking agency, has emailed you back regarding this issue and was given permission by the bus company,NewNo1bus, to refund you as a courtesy.
