Acteva owes our organization $16,728.65 in payment. They will not respond to our calls/emails or send payment. We used Acteva for a conference held in early April, 2013. Registration began in February. We had our account set to receive payment every two weeks throughout the registration period, with a final check after the event was completed. In total, we should have received $18,092.96 for our event. As of the event date, we had not received any payment. When we contacted Acteva, they told us their policy was to pay in full 30 days after the event date. A month after the event, we still had not received any money. We called back and they said they would look into it. We received one check from Acteva on May 18, for a total of $1364.31. We have not received any money since then. We have called and emailed numerous times since then, but have not received any response since May 17. We are still owed $16,728.65. We should have received payment in full by two months ago.
