I received an email from [email protected] to say my trim trainer had been despatched and I was to be billed $9.47 monthly unless I phoned 877-983-7676 and cancelled the product. I never ordered anything but I contacted my credit card company who confirmed the transaction had been made. I have requested cancellation of this amount through my credit card and will inform them that I have not received the product. I have no location of the company address or state it is in so can not phone the USA to cancel.
