Hi FINALLY got through to the call centre (i am calling from NZ) i was asked to give my name and phone number, i gave my name and told them they were not having my phone number so i gave them customer number instead. He said that the "trim trainer" was now cancelled and will be refunded but it could take 5 - 7 working days. About to ring my bank to make sure they do not take anymore out of my credit card in the next 5 - 7 working days. What a painful exercise - never buying things from you online again!!!!
