International boundaries

Phone call from Peter explaining that I have been approved for a loan of $1500. Tells me go to a website and simply type in my first/last name (username) and phone # (password) and I will see all the details of who, what, when, where, how, etc I will receive this money. While on the phone I typed in the website and entered my phone # and got redirected to a loan application... When I asked why he explained it is because my application is still being processed and to please wait one hour and try again. I then verified all my information and had it explained to me that in two days I will be charged $99.95 and $14.95 a month for a year to get some stupid $2500 online shopping thing. I told the man I don't want it. He said I need it. I calmly explained that if I cannot use it at a gas station, or for car repairs or groceries then I do not need it and do not want it and it is absurd to charge me money I don't even have. I explained that I need the $1500 loan, and if I had money why would I need a loan, make sense right? He then explained that It would be fine and ok he understands and I'll just have to go to the website in an hour and I'll get my loan info and be all set. He also appologizes for trying to charge me for the online shopping thing and tells me I will receive $300 in a grocery coupon instead at no cost all I have to do is activate the card. After all this he politely thanks me and hangs up disconnecting the call. It has been well over 2 hours and the same problem is happening when I go to the website. There are no phone numbers to contact listed anywhere on the website, and the phone number that was used to call me (714)390-2748 claims to be "not a working number" when I attempted to call back to ask questions. Now I feel like the world's biggest idiot because I have a bank account in the negatives and I'm afraid this bogus company is going to take more money from me and I have absolutely no means of contacting anyone about any of it for help. As a single mother on a very low fixed income struggling to support 3 young boys and being severly below what what consider poor, and also being disabled/handicapped I now feel humiliated, panicked, and hopeless financially. Please take my advice and learn from my experiences on this; you are much better off borrowing money from friends/family or starving yourself to death than trying to fix your money troubles by stooping to desperate measures like I tried and ending up having even less in the end. Hey, only plus side is I get to see the number rise and maybe if I imagine it's not red and negative balance I can live in the fantasy I'm rich... I think I'm just going to go cry now until my empty belly kills me. Good luck.
