I paid $200 to have a laptop shipped to a customer in the UK. I sent the money, he changed his mind and said I had to buy 3. He admitted he made a mistake but would not return money or ship.

That was the agreement we had; that you would send the item when sold and money was received by you. I have stated that I will sell two more for you making a total of three. Each one will go to a separate location as you said you could handle. Now you are going back on your word? That does not make for good partners. What am I to do for the one that is sold? The buyer can’t get his goods? What are you thinking? Trying to cheat me? That’s no way to do business.
Fix this immediately, you have been paid, send the package off, period.
