I ordered 2 bottles of this product after seeing a post on a very trusted friend's facebook page. So embarrassed. I recieved a product 2 weeks later in a package originating from Singapore,with only the Changi mail exchange address for return, and the words "toy" value =$12 written on the customs declasration. Inside were two white bottles with silver dropper tops (not like those pictured in the ads)which after tasting,were conceivably filled only with water.

I contacted my facebook friend to find out what her product had tasted like - she informed me that her facebook account had been hacked about a month ago, and the post was unauthorised.

I got onto the 'customer support' lines straightaway to say that I hadn't recieved the right product, and that the bottles were filled with water. Since then I have tic-tacked with several obviously different people via several different email addresses (authored Nancy H., Nancy Holmes, Ms. Nancy etc.,)regarding the authenticity of the product and telling me constantly that the product is meant to be colourless, flavourless and similar to water" and although they keep kindly expressing concern,and offer avenues 'to help', I am totally convinced I will not get my money back no matter how hard I push and that the product is totally useless.
