I ordered a product from them that their website implied they had in stock.It was implied because many other sites in the same business hand had the same product but were "honest" enough to say they were out of stock of that item and to check back later or they said they would have more in by the beginning of the following week or month. Of course I passed on those and proceded to try and find a site with the same item that did not say they were out of stock which is why I placed my order with Crazycatcondos and not the other ones. They did not acknowledge my order until I waited for it and e-mailed them several days later. They immediately charged my credit card upon placing my order. Long story short, I had to keep e-mailing them as to where my order was and got nothing but e-mails with excuse after excuse and that it would soon be shipped. After a month I e-mailed them to say I had enough and immediately cancelled my order and bought the same item from a reputable company who shipped it immediately. Several hours after my cancellation Crazycatcondos e-mailed me that my order would finally ship the next day. I e-mailed them NOT TO SEND IT as I ordered elsewhere just in case by some miracle it really would be shipped! I e-mailed them to credit the $299.95 back to my credit card and never heard back from them after that. It is now over two months and still no credit to my Visa. My credit card company tried to reach them with a phone number they had and got a "phone disconnected" recording! Please note on their still up website there is no phone # or address and only by e-mail can you reach them! BEWARE and don't purchase anything from them as they are obviously not conducting business as a legitimate one would and they could be scam artists that put up a website with a bunch of products that anyone could do and just keep collecting $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$!
