These people wrote a check against my bank account which I did not authorize. I did not take out a loan with them and have received no money from them but they deducted money from my account. I am unclear how they got my banking information but this is very very wrong!!

So since I am not aware of these people, I decided to look at their website. (Posted the front page). They clearly state that they are NOT a leader...and their services are "free." Certainly their website implies their is no charge.
