They took $30 out of my account and never even heard of them till today and was just checking to see if car payment was taken out. I check it daily and today is the 15th and on 14th wasn't there till this am and bank can't refuse and didn't even have my name on it! Now have to file complaints and hopefully on Monday bank can help I can't afford to lose $30 with so many complaints why aren't they shut down. I never heard of them and never dealt with them and the phone number gets you now where.
