had bought 2 bedroom sets, one black set for a boy and one white set for a girl. they have been in storage for about 3yrs but when i opened them to put them together neither set had the hardware to assemble them. (nuts,bolts,etc).they were also missing pieces. i just want to the directions for assemble and the hardware. i realize these companies no longer exists but theres no help line or customer service # to call...
