They assured me that I could get a $5000.00 loan with money as insurance for the loan as collateral since I did not have any other collateral. Because, I needed this loan , I assumed they were a legitimate company. The contract looked legitimate. I sent the money twice via Western Union. Then they had the audacity to ask for additional money because they stated the lender backed out and they want to give me a $10,000.00 loan but I need to send in additional money. I refused and told them to send my money back to me or I will contact the proper authorities. I was told that I would not get my money until the next cycle which is June 28, 2013. I said no and I want it ASAP. I contacted the BBB of New York and also the Consumer Protection Department for the state of New York. They need to be shut down and made to refund everyone that they scammed. Also, criminal charges should be filed.
