I am sick to my stomach. When I first started I received a fax that made it seem like they wanted to update your Federal Government Rate. So I changed the rate and faxed it back. (This was in November of 2012). I received a disturbing call today from a representative of this company. He was accusing me and harassing me. I finally hung up. I called him back once I received the fax trying to tell him that I have never received a bill or material showing we are in a "Directory". But the call turned into a sexual harassment and harassment as well. Even if you want to resolve it they will not let you. They talk about getting their attorney involved. "And they will find you." What a joke.
