I ordered a Spanish Speaking course back in May. I paid $9.95 for the basic course.
On June 13th, 2013 I received another shipment which I did not want nor did I approve
I was entered into a "free-trial" committment program with-out my consent. I talked to a Jose Cebollero (a supervisor with PImsleur); I explained that I did not want nor authorize a free trial and was 30 miles away from the nearest Fed-Ex or UPS location. Jose said they would send me a shipping label & I would have to send it back, his "hands were tied". This requires me to drive 60 miles round trip.
Is this fraud?
I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS FREE TRIAL OFFER.
I'm, now, relying on Pimsleur to send me the shipping labels in a timely manner. If I don't forfeit 2 hrs. of my life, drive 60 miles (gas + wear & tear on my vehicle), and possibly pay the shipping/handling they will send this to a collection agency and put a "blemish" on my credit history.
PLEASE, HELP ME.
