Signed up for 21day trial. Next thing I have a debit from my card of approx $125 (£80). Contacted them and they said the T&C stated if I did not cancel my account within 21days I would be debited for the aforesaid amount and I had ticked a box to state I had agreed to the T&C.
I persisted that there had been many reports on the internet of this company and their deception. Was initially offered 50% refund then, on persistence, I was offered full refund within 3-5 business days and account cancelled. I have a cancellation code so will wait and see.
