I found craftive.com online on December 28 2012 and paid them $998.75 to build me an e-commerce website for my business. It is now June 13 2013 and they still have not completed nor do I think they are capable of completing the site. I have asked for a refund and even though they say its 100% satisfaction and money back guaranteed they will not issue a refund. They continuously over promise and under deliver or not deliver at all which is the case here. They are rude, incompetent, unprofessional, liars and a lot more that I do not want to say on here. Customer service and work is horrible! This especially goes for mark and greg. They also made me write a good review on their site before we could move on to the next step! WHAT A JOKE! I have asked for their office address but they will not give it to me. Since we are mainly an online company, we have suffered monetary losses, stress, frustration and headaches dealing with this company. I spoke to many other website companies and they all say it does not take nearly this long to build and e-commerce site and that they could do it within a month. Please let me know what can be done. Thanks
