I had originally ordered a free trial offer from dsmark collagenta and dsmark deadseaset but had to pay shipping charges of $4.95 and $5.95. When product arrived I refused delivery. A month later a charge showed up on my credit card. I did find a page on the internet, I think it was under dsmark dead seaset, and filed a complaint with their customer service dept. stating that I was charged for their product that I did not accept and to cancel any futher shipments. They sent a reply and said I would be reimbursed. I have not been reimbursed and have received another notice delivery from Fedex.
Update: 06/19/2013
I have since had contact with collegenta. Again they said they would refund charges to my card in 2 to 3 days. I am keeping my fingers crossed and saving the email!
