WHEN I PURCHASED THE TERMINOX IRON FILTER,THE MEDIA PLUGGED UP MY PLUMBING $280 FOR A PLUMBER. I THEN RECEIVED TWO MORE BAGS OF THE MEDIA AND HAD THE PLUMBER WORK WITH THE TECH SUPPORT. AGAIN IT PLUGGED UP THE SYSTEM ANOTHER $200 I CALLED TECH SUPPORT FOR A SOLUTION, HE SAID I SHOULD SELL THE UNIT. I CALLED A DIFFERENT TECH SUPPORT AND HE SUGGESTED I BUY MORE MEDIA AND TRY AGAIN ($200) I CALLED BACK AND ANOTHER TECH SUPPORT SAID HE DID NOT KNOW WAT THE PROBLEM WOULD BE. BY THIS TIME THE UNIT IS OUT OF WARRENTY I AM STUCK WITK A TERMINOX IRON FILTER I AM UNABLE TO USE.
