I placed and paid for the order SGD$208 on 5 May 2013. The purchases were meant for my son's birthday in mid-June. 1 month and 10 days was surely enough for them to fulfill the order... I called them end May and they told me they would keeo me updated. This week there has been no one answering their phones, no replies to email and I have nowhere else to turn.
I have seemingly lost $208 and have no presents for my son's 10th birthday! How appalling!!!

Please rest assured that we have feedback this to the management, and we are doing the best to improve the delivery time frame.
Our delivery time frame is usually between 1 to 4 weeks after the campaign has ended. But however, due to several unforeseen factors including but not limited to (delay in delivery through the courier partner, transporters' strike, delay in receiving products from brand partners etc.), which resulted in delay shipping.
