False advertising and non-delivery of bike that was purchased from them off of their website. Also talked with them on the phone to ensure everything was on the up and up and going to be hassle free shipping as everyone is nervous about purchasing online. They assured me over and over not to worry, everything was legal. WRONG! They charged the credit card as soon as they got it but then supposedly shipped an illegal bike that I never even got to see! Now Power Ride Outlet refuses to refund back full amount! They kept the bike and kept the cash!! Tried to deal with them through emails and phone but with no luck. Finally after approx 2 months of trying, they refunded only a partial amount of money after the BBB and my bank went after them but they kept the rest for themselves! Ripping off a military veteran family, shameful!! Still looking to get back the balance owing, no bike and out money, no one should have to go through this! I just want my money back and will not give up until justice is served! A truly terrible online experience so far with www.powerrideoutlet.com!

Its how funny that when people telling a story and leaving out the details just to make them look like the good guy.
Here is what happend, Above consumer purchase a product (street bike from Power Ride Outlet) and wanting to ship to Canada. The consumer has told Power Ride Outlet him self will carry the product over across the boarder. After Power Ride Outlet ship out this consumer the order with tracking confirmation. Now here is the part for you to judge who is liable for all the mess, after deliver to the final destination terminal which customer directed so, consumer did not pick up the bike right away as agreed, after 4 day of extra storage fee charged by the freight carrier, the consumer finally show up with a trucking service to pick up??? But Power Ride Outlet was told the consumer will carry the bike across boarder him self, if the consumer had told Power Ride Outlet at the beginning a freight service was going to carry it across, they will let the consumer know it has to carry by him due to the different country, the bike is United state EPA, DOT and CARB approve. After talking with consumer on the phone for several days, consumer will not listing to anything and insist to ship it bike. Power Ride Outlet had phone conversation and email conversation with consumer regarding about the shipping cost and storage fee charge, consumer agreed on it and had been refund properly by Power Ride Outlet.
All statement above are true and let you to be the judge of who should be complaint against. Power Ride Outlet is a honest company who concentrate on providing Quality product and superb customer service and will not allow any type of reputation damage by false statement. -
