I completed an offer on the my little pony game, bought a kobo book and was supposed to receive 70 gems. Never received them, sent in a complaint, received an automated reply asking for the recipt of the transaction. I sent in my receipt 5 days ago and never heard a thing. Still no gems. Very frustrating. I was enjoying the game but without the gems I can't progress and it is losing it's fun factor fast.

- Sadly, still unresolved. Saad took a look at it, apparently sent the gems, but they are not turning up on my game. He says the server says they have been claimed or awarded. Last I heard he was looking into it still, that was 8 days ago. I logged on today and they are still not there. I'm certainly not going to buy gems if this company cannot honour its offer gems. Without gems this game is difficult to play. Too bad, it was a fun game but I think it might be time to take my money and play time elsewhere.
