I quit using their credit card service in April 2013. I received a bill June 12, 2013 for May 2013 for all kinds of fee's. I called and ask for a refund and they told me the charges were for April 2013 when the invoice clearly says May charges. I believe this action was taken because of my company deciding to use another credit card service...

I can think of several different explanations. I will tell you Harbortouch doesn't make up charges when you cancel, that would be fraud. You can email me your statement and I can look to see if I can give you an explanation. My email is my first name at harbortouchs.com.
Feel free to email their customer service department as well. Email is better as there is a communication trail. Stay on them until it gets resolved. They always end up doing the right thing.
