Upon not receiving my orders after this company's delivery days (9-12 days), I went online to seek some information about this website. There are some comments on Answer.com talking about their cheapest scam as well. When I went deeper, I found this page. It finally convinced me that I was defrauded.
I bought totally 7 pairs of allegedly "TOMS" classic shoes, including mine, my girl's and her friends. It first got my attention because of my friend's remind. She said there's no way to be this low price. Therefore, I checked the tracing number that the system issued. Nothing. Then I emailed to customer service to confirm the order. It said the order went through and shoes were already shipped out. So I waited, giving them couple days until the longest shipping time passes as they claimed on the website. Unfortunately, null. The next day, I went to my bank to stop my credit card payment. Thanks America's banking system, it can dispute the charge up to 2 month long. Although bank agent suggested me to wait for more days to see if the delivery could be delayed for some reason, I don't think there's any chance that I would receive authentic shoes or even any shoes after reading other's complaints. I feel lucky that I paid by credit card, which can be manipulated by bank. Though I have to reorder from real TOMS official website.
I don't need to remind any of you not to order shoes from this company because stories will. This lesson taught me (or you), do not buy merchandise online from unclear source. If you want something cheap, go to outlet or famous website with reputation. If you are unlucky, pay with credit card issued by the company which has good policies to protect their clients.
