This company selling lipo slim and natural cleanse together told me they would give me a free 14 day trial of these products. I ordered both and figured I would give it a try. The samples came 2 weeks after the trial date ended and I assumed I could cancel it if I wanted to then. When I called to cancel they were very helpful and said they canceled both accounts, even giving me a confirmation code of cancellation. When I got my statement the next month I saw that they had charged me the 80 dollars for each product. I called to find out why they would still have charged me if I had already canceled my account. They insisted that since I had signed the terms and service agreement which specified the 14 days, even though I had not received the product until a week later, there was nothing they could do. When I pushed the matter further, the customer service agent said he was authorized to refund 50% for each. So I was able to get back half of my money but I have yet to receive that first month's products that I was charged for.
I don't know if it works because I have not tried it yet. This company is a big scam.
